Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze medical documents, employment records, and other case-related information to generate PDR calculations based on the 2005 Schedule for Rating Permanent Disabilities.

PDR calculations generated by the Service should be reviewed and verified by appropriate medical and legal professionals before being used in any official capacity. Complegal is not a substitute for professional medical or legal advice.
While we strive for accuracy in our AI-powered calculations, we do not guarantee that all calculations will be error-free. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users should independently verify all calculations before relying on them for official purposes.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Complegal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis as specified in your chosen plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complegal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complegal from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
